250 t of wheat are milled and processed daily in our mill in order to produce high-quality flour. The plant equipment was imported from Hungary in 1969, made by the “ ÉLGÉP “ company, and it is of the Hungarian high milling type. In 2001 we commenced with a successive replacement of the equipment by installing a net weigher for wheat of the “Vollenda Werk“ company. In 2005 the old mill aspirators were replaced with new ones manufactured by the renowned „SMIT SEGER“ company from Germany. The same year we installed a new Italian production line for flour packaging into 1kg and 5kg, manufactured by „PAGLIERANI“

The largest investment into reconstruction of the mill equipment was started this year (2009). The aim of the reconstruction is to modernize and rationalize the technological processes. A Mill adaptation project has been made, an equipment delivery contract has been signed with the renowned Italian company OCRIM and the works are to be carried out in two phases and, according to the plan of work, they will last not later than the end of 2010

There are three automatic production lines in our factory with the production capacity of 30 t of various types of pasta per day. The entire pasta production equipment was made in Italy by the renowned pasta production equipment manufacturer “PAVAN”, a world leader in manufacturing pasta production equipment. The production lines for short-cut and nest-shaped pasta were partially renewed in 2008 and the long-cut pasta production line was replaced in 2009 with a new one with a computer automated production process.

During 2008 most of our bakery, both the very building where it is situated and the production equipment, were considerably renewed.
