The goal of “ŽITOPROMET-MLIN“ A.D. company is to ensure a consistent supply of safe, high quality food products for the consumers by constantly tracking the quality of products and by strictly controlling the production processes.

In order to achieve these goals, “ŽITOPROMET-MLIN” constantly:

• Strives to meet the customers’ needs and demands and does everything to satisfy those needs
• Aims to acquire the best possible raw materials
• Controls the production process in all the points that are included in the control plan.
• Implements the quality management system in compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements

The Quality system includes all of the functions of the company, which perform their duties according to the statutory documentation and ensure the quality at the desired level

All employees must comply with the Quality system regulations and carry them out, thus permanently yielding the safety and improvement of the quality of our products and services

Our top management pays utmost attention to professional training of all our employees so that all of our company members develop a proper sense and attitude towards quality

In 2007, due to these efforts, our company acquired the international certificate certifying that the quality management system which is implemented and upheld in our company is in compliance with the Quality management system ISO 9001:2000 standard.

As maintaining a perfect quality of all our products is one of our main goals, we focus our utmost attention on the health safety of the food ingredients of our products as well. By implementing and applying the HACCP system since August 2007, our company has acquired a certificate stating that all of our products are rigorously controlled “from field to table” and that they completely meet the requirements prescribed by the international HACCP system.

We have also upgraded the equipment of our laboratory so that we can vouch most confidently for the quality of our products. The state-of the art lab equipment with a computer result analysis provides us with reliable data in-process control concerning the quality of the intermediate and final products after completion of the technological processes.

Continuous and intensive collaboration with the Institute for Food Technology in Novi Sad regarding the quality and safety of our products is a great confirmation of the high quality and food safety of the products that we provide the consumers with on daily basis.
